ABOUT YOUR ROLE WITH US
As a Junior Delivery Consultant within our growing advisory team, you will help customers within different industrial sectors design, validate, test, and deploy the Plex Manufacturing Cloud. You will provide clients with superior customer service and guidance with implementations, training, and general support of the Plex ERP. This position is an integral part of our global ERP team providing first-class consulting services and business process knowledge to our customers.

YOUR IMPORTANT ROLE
As a Junior Delivery Consultant, you will participate in the pre-and post-implementation lifecycle of our customer’s solutions, ensuring successful launches.
This includes:

Participate in the full lifecycle of a client implementation, including Kickoff, Discovery, Business Analysis, System Configuration, Testing, Documentation, Training, and Change Management. Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business needs and translate them into a systematic set of requirements. Ultimately resulting in a fully configured ERP system meeting the needs of the client’s business.

Provide guidance, assistance, and training opportunities to the customer and internal team members. Using a high degree of insight and analytical skills, recommend creative solutions. Continually assess project risk and anticipate deviations in project plans/processes and recommend alternative approaches to the Project Manager.

Develop a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Plex to properly and creatively utilize existing features/functions to meet the needs of the client.

Research, document, configure, test, and train the customer for each ERP engagement.

Manage workload to established timelines and expectations.

Keep up-to-date on product releases, new technologies, and industry trends.

Assist and mentor new team members as needed.

Comfortable with creating and participating in video content as needed.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS THAT COME IN HANDY

BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, CIS or related field.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments is a plus.

Ability to travel to customer locations as needed up to 50% of the time.

Native or Advanced English.

US Drivers License.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
CANDIDATE PRIORITY CRITERIA

6 months of working experience.

A preference for individuals that have already worked in manufacturing operations or have had experience with business process improvement or manufacturing ERPs.

Plex experience is a plus.

Fluency in other languages, such as Spanish, is a plus.
